​​The course spans a total of 4 days of contact time, consisting of two days of Virtual Classroom instruction (9am-5pm) with an instructor and two in-person days (9am-5pm) for exams and flight training.
Training can be completed in a single month or structured across multiple depending on the needs of individual candidates.​
​Virtual Classrooms are conducted on the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month followed by face to face exams and flight training run at each of our locations (Ballan, Bendigo, Melbourne and Warrnambool) on a monthly cycle.

To support the work of our instructors’ students also receive access to our Learning Management System (LMS), VUASonline, on the day they enroll in the course.
